NJFFF WEEK!

2 weeekends ago I went to New Jersey Full Figured Fashion week, courtesy of MANIK MAGAZINE, which I also work for that will be relaunching this month.  Most of the goodies I experienced will be featured in this online Mag, but here was my outft post for the last day of the 3 day event which I only spent 2 days at.  Nothing that special because I needed to be on my feet, and I haven't really been shopping in forever, because I'm a broke college student.  But I did whip out my new flats from DSW! 

Well there were tons of vendors, fashion, shows, celebrities and models.  It was amazing.  Please go over to www.Manikmag.com/blog until the Magazine re-launches and follow them.  There are some really talented people over there fighting the Curvy Fight like me!

Netted Hoodie!

On a nice day Not too long ago, in a concrete jungle a girl found a Park and decided she wanted to play. 

Here is a pic taken a few weeks back after I came from a shoot with MANIK MAG I decided I wanted to stay outside to continue to enjoy the nice day.  While I was there I got this cool braid put in my hair by stylist and curvy chica Rosemari Morillo!  On that breezy/sunny day me and my friend Jessica went to the park to hang out and chill.  I really wanted to try on her wide brim, floppy hat!  It makes me feel like Summer! Here's the results!

Finally The Chattanoogan Wrap Up

As promised this a brief photo documentary from my brief trip to Chattanooga, TN.  I went for the South Eastern Theatre Conference.  A annual event where an actor and or singer goes to audition in front of hundreds of theatre companies at once in hopes of booking work for the summer.  Chattanooga is lovely.  Me and my family road through the Bible Belt of the south to get there.  It took about 15 hours from NJ and it sits on Tennessee but is close enough to the Georgia and Alabama borders.  It's also about a hour away from Atlanta, so I really want to go back, seeing that I've never been there.  Here's pictures of the country side, the city of Chattanooga and me at the event.

Spring is Here!

I know that I said my next post would be a Chattanooga wrap up, but Tuesday was the first day of Spring so I decided my next post should honor the weather I've been longing for.  It was a nice, hot day in Jersey City on Tuesday and I was out enjoying it, in pastels and all its glory!  Liam, Jessica and I went to the grand opening of "CUPS" in Bayonne, a self served frozen Yogurt shop.  Kinda like "16 Handals" in Manhatten.  GOOD TIMES!

OOTD: MY Prof. book a job look!

In the last week I drove down to Chattanooga Tennessee with my Mother and Sister to the South Eastern Theatre Conference to audition for over 200 professional theatre companies in hopes of scoring work for the summer.  There were tons of workshops going on up until the day of the big audition, a lot of people to meet and of course a lot of yummy food to eat in Chattanooga!  This post will only cover one of the outfits I wore on one of the days I was attending different acting and the business of business workshops.  I had on a few really cute looks that of course I never took pictures of, but this one did make the cut and got a nice photo shoot out of it!  I've been actually wearing this Asos skirt with lace for a while when I bought it this past winter, but I finally snapped some pics in it!

The next post will be all about Chattanooga with more pics, I just have to get them all together first!
Hope you like it and I am on spring break this week, so I actually had 2 weeks off!  Lucky me!  I'm going to try to do some interesting things for the blog this week!
